Agentic workflows

Make room for the work people care about

We help small and medium-sized businesses remove as much everyday toil as practical, so employees can spend more of their energy helping customers, solving problems, and enjoying their work.

Find Your First Workflow

What is an agentic workflow?

An agentic workflow uses AI to work through a sequence of tasks toward a defined outcome. It can gather context, use approved tools, and prepare or carry out the next step within boundaries you agree on. People decide what it may do on its own and where approval is required.

For example, a customer request could trigger a workflow that finds the relevant account information, checks your team's guidance, drafts a response, and puts it in front of the right person for review. Your employee brings the judgment and the customer relationship; the workflow handles the preparation.

How Pavise works

Listen first. Start small. Make work better.

  1. Understand the work

Listen to the people doing it. Learn why each step exists, what it protects, and where repetitive tasks get in the way.

  2. Choose one useful change

Pick a manageable workflow and agree on what a better day looks like. Use the simplest approach that meets the need, including ordinary automation when that is enough.

  3. Build with your team

Connect the tools you already use. Test real cases, set access limits and approval points, and keep a clear way for people to step in.

  4. Help it become a better habit

Document, train, and support your team. Check time saved, mistakes, and employee feedback before deciding what to improve next.

Start where your team needs relief

We agree on the scope together. Most teams begin by understanding one workflow before committing to a build.

Workflow discovery

Map the repetitive tasks with your employees, understand their purpose, and prioritize a change by effort, risk, and the time and attention it could return.

A focused workflow build

Put one useful workflow into your existing tools. Include realistic testing, human approval points, documentation, and a handoff your team can use.

Ongoing improvement

Refine the workflow with employee feedback and consider the next source of toil when the first change is working well.

Managed workflow support

Keep an eye on reliability, output quality, access, and cost as your tools and business change. Help people resolve exceptions and keep the workflow useful.

Your people stay in control

  • Clear permissions. Give each workflow access only to the information and actions it needs.
  • Human review. Agree on approval points and a clear path for uncertain cases to reach a person.
  • Visible operation. Make it possible to see what happened, watch quality and cost, and pause or reverse changes when needed.
  • Team ownership. Leave documentation, training, and a named owner so people know how to use and look after the workflow.

We measure progress by the burden lifted from the working day: less rework, fewer interruptions, time returned, and what employees tell us about the change.

Tell us about the task nobody looks forward to

A short description is enough to start. What takes the time, which tools are involved, and what would your team rather be doing?
